Two-Sided Grills are
available in three sizes - 10 x 10 inch grill surface, 14 x 14 inch
grill surface and 14 x 28 inch grill surface. Choose from either a
smooth surface, a grooved surface or a combination of both.
Our
two-sided grills are available with either cast iron surfaces
designed for high volume or aluminum surfaces for fast heat up and
120V - 15 amperage convenience.

to 9:59 minutes with "LED" display. The
timer counts down the cooking time and is equipped with an
audible alarm to signal when the timer reaches zero.
Switch .

On/off 3-position allows the operation
of the bottom platen only with switch in middle position,
power both top and bottom platens with switch in up position
and off in down position.
Thermostat .

Thermostat is rated from 175º (79ºC)
to 550º (302ºC) and provides accurate sensing of
temperature.
Grease Trough .

Front grease trough and drawer for
convenient operation.

Two-Sided Grills can prepare chicken
breasts, hamburgers, quesadillas and many other products in
half the time of standard griddles. The heavy-duty
platens retain energy and deliver faster performance.
Construction Features .

The rugged body is constructed of 18
gauge stainless steel. The grease drawer is positioned
in the front of the unit for easier clean-up. The
counter balance mechanism is constructed from hardened
aluminum for strength and durability. The 6 foot
lead-in cord has a special covering that is resistant to
water and oil and the wires are protected by metallic
braiding.
